Specialising in strategy, branding, and reporting, we are expanding our team and seeking an ambitious Senior Brand Designer to lead our branding projects. Your role
You will have a leading role in our design team, defining and shaping the visual identity of businesses of any size or sector. Working closely with our Head of Design, you will independently lead projects and tasks, presenting your work to clients with confidence. Your ability to challenge the status quo in design and user experience will inspire both the team and our clients. As part of a team of talented designers, you will guide them to achieve the best possible output.
You will bring,
• 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design team
• Strong graphic design skills with a focus on brand design
• Experience in strategic design thinking
• Ownership and responsibility for your projects
• A keen eye for the latest trends
• The ability to persuade others of your ideas
• A drive to push boundaries, no matter how tight they are
• A digital-first mindset
• Proficiency in motion design for your projects
• Expertise in all necessary design tools
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• A legal working permit and residency in the Netherlands
